If 60 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.


How to claim your money back:

  • Products must have been purchased from www.thepawmat.com

  • On the day your order is delivered, email our customer care team at thepawmat@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund” or “60-Day Money-Back Guarantee”

  • Include a detailed reason for return plus photos or a video showing the issue

  • Once approved, we’ll send you the address of the closest warehouse for the return

  • Return the product (in original packaging) via a trackable mail service to the provided address

Please note:

  • Incomplete or unclear claims will be considered invalid

  • Real postage costs for sending and returning the product are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable

  • Once we receive the return, we will refund the product purchase price to you


Damaged items:
If your item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days at thepawmat@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement if available. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a full refund.
